Comments on this Consulate-General
I've been trying via 1-877-639-4835 to make an appointment to get started on a visa permanente. I'm coming from Mexico and have only a short time to do this, but every time I call someone says, "please hang up--" This will be the third time I've gone to Houston from Mexico to try to get a permanent visa. Please help me--I am so frustrated.
