Residency card for Mx.
Immigration in Puerto Vallarta said they cannot issue residency cards here; I must get from MX. Cons. in my country. Need to know how many mo. of bank stmts; how many mo. rent & utilities receipts; my passport & another pic. I.D.. Anything else?
I've lived here for 4 1/2 yrs.

renew passport
Need to renew my passport so I can visit Mexico. I was born in Italy since my father was Mexican I have his nationality, I also have a green card.The consulate in San Francisco did not renew my Mexican passport because my picture in it is from when I was a little boy what can I do????They told me to write Rome Italy or call the Mexican embasy there and ask for proof of birth?? But I have my birth certificate,che passo?????

Visa to Mexico
i am filipino and holding a philippine passport. At present i'm here in the US as a tourist on a multiple visa status. Do i need a visa to go to Mexico as part of the Western Carnival Cruise come August 2 to 8?
