Prompt and courteous service
I called, spoke with Luisa at the call center in Tucson and got great service fast on the questions I had. Highly recommend.

Excellent service!!!
Great experience! excellent service and friendly staff. Getting an appointment was easy and I was impressed by how much the staff care to keep people updated on their rights and advice.

Pleasant experience making an appointment
I was alarmed reading the comments about the non-reponsiveness at the Consulate in Raleigh. I wrote an email one evening to secure an appointment. I left contact information. I received a phone call promptly the next morning as well as an email. I have had several follow up email questions and each was answered promptly by a very pleasant and courteous representative.

Outrageous
Most of these comments are true. These agencies act like they are better than anybody else and only charge, charge for everything, in return you get poor service.
