I am trying to obtain information on obtaining a TEMPORARY VEHICLE PERMIT. Your website is very difficult to find information
Please advise where I can find this information by giving me a call at 713-907-4225.
TODAY I DECIDED TO CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR THE ASS HOUR AND 25 MINUTES. ITS RIDICULOUS ON HOW POOR THE SERVICES IS. I KNOW THERE MIGHT BE A LOTS OF PEOPLE BUT AND HOUR AND HALF IS TO MUCH. I ONLY NEED RENEW MY PASSPORT.
BY THE WAY WEBSITE SUCKS. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN USA, WHY SHOULD WE CARE ABUT FOLIO OR ALL KIND OF PAPERS. YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE A SEPARATE WEB FOR MEXICANS LIVING IN THE USA. Y TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THRU THE WEB. AGAIN UNABLE TO DO IT. VERY POOR WEBSITE. IT ONLY WOKS IF YOU WERE LIVING IN MEXICO

I went there personally and met with someone emailed them everything they needed. They have not answered my emails. I cannot get through to speak with anyone.
Called several times to get information for several days. So I went to visit the Consulate. The security guard stop me from going. I said I need tourist information guide. He asked me if I speak Spanish and I said no. The security said they only have in Spanish. I said why? He said I need to speak Spanish. I said I've never seen a country who does not welcome English speaking tourist. He said, you do not come to Mexico to speak english so you must speak Spanish. So I left.
