I called the Mexican Consulate main number and it referred me to call another number to make an appointment to renew my passport. I called the number and I waited around 15 minutes and after that the gentleman that answered was very nice and helpful I got my appointment; now am going to the appointment and hope to get the same excellent service.
En este lugar te hacen sentir como un pueblo que NO tiene leyes ni reglas solo las de ellos sobretodo la disque Consul encargada de tres departamentos NURIA ZUÑIGA.
Deveria aprender a tratar a la jente con respeto, como corresponde y no como animales.

SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT THE FILE # I CAN NOT CONTINUE ON PROCESSING THE PERMIT. I CALLED DIFERENT NUMBER AND I EMAILED DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. NO BODY ANSWERS, NOBODY REPLY TO EMAILS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOME TYPE OF HELP. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
