Mexican police officer tied dog to Patrol Car
A police patrol car saw a dog and just drove reckless fast until dog collapsed and died . Do not know what reason he found to do such a horrific act of hate to an innocent dog and the officer’s job is not to commit euthanasia to homeless dog he , the officer should be asked why he was so hateful and had to kill a dog and not handling this in a processional manner . I have to tell you because it’s affecting my well being and I will have my attourneys look into this matter and who this delinquent abuser officer is and find out if he is a drug user . Demand justice .

I would like to move to Mexico
I would like to move to Mexico.

Many nations have offered homesteading as an incentive to move. Will you offer such a plan ? So many of your citizens are fleeing your country due to crime and poor economy it may help gain people.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks.
