telephone connections
I have tried several times to connect to the embassy since it is now required to make an appointment for any services. It is essentially impossible to talk to a real person, and the phone algorythm kept connecting me to some other people also trying to make an appointment. I do not understand how this whole system is supposed to function.
Trato various veces a hablar con el consulado de San Francisco porque ahora es necessario acer cita para qualqier servicios. Es imposible a hablar con una persona actual y en mi caso cada ves me conecto con otras personas tambien tratando a hacer citas.
