ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!!! CONTESTEN EL TELEFONO!!!!!!
Enough is enough!!!
It is sad finding out our own people treat us like trash, the service is the worse I have ever received, you receive people my appointment only, but don't answer the phone to make one. The security guard feels he is the God of the embassy threatening people with kicking them out if they don't move in the direction he says. I hope these circumstances change, the burocracy in the Mexican embassy is as bad or worse than requesting any documents directly in the government offices in Mexico City. BAD SERVICE, TOO MUCH CORRUPTION!

I am going to Cabo San Lucas Oct 30 til Nov 2nd 2015 and my passport expire 5-29-16, is that ok it expires 7 months after I get there is that ok.
Dear Sir,
I am permanent residence working in Houston with Chinese passport. Do I need to apply Visa to enter Mexico?
thanks.
I wish someone would answer the damn phone and learn how to speak English and not talk so fast that you cannot understand what they are saying. All I want to know is what documents do we need to take to the appointment to change the name on a house from my father to my mothers name because he passed away.
Can an american with Mexican parents still get a dual citizenship?
