Is there a real person who works there?
Do not dial the main number. It keeps looping you back to the main menu. There is no one home. There is no live person to communicate your issues with and no one responds to your email. This is absurd!

The service
I thought the point of making an appointment was to speed up the process. Specially because of the demand of documents. When I arrived there was no signs at sight to direct traffic, I asked the security guard, and not amused he asked if I had an appointment I said Yes, and pointed to my left and said take a sit over there. I asked will someone call my name or number? And again he said I will call you when they are ready for you. When I checked in the lady was polite and helpful, when my name was called the gentleman was chatting with everyone while I stand there he asked to spell my sister's last name and I spelled it in English and he said "Can you spell it in Spanish". My Spanish isn't great but shouldn't everyone speak English here? The cashier was not helpful she was too busy complaining about how she was not trusted enough there. After three attempts I was told to come back in two hrs to Window #9. Overall very disappointed at the service, I can say the people in the waiting area was feeling the same way since I overheard more than a few people complaining.

Idiots
Ok this is for jon and ed you guys are idiots. Does this look like a forum for your stupidness. Grow up. God never made that border so I say live free and where you want. I love Mexican and there culture and most of all they have better family values than any american family I have ever met.
