Thank you Ana!
Ana was a huge help to me today. She was patient, profesional and courteous. I had no clue what I was doing and she took the time to guide me and help me move through the process. She is an exemplary asset to your organization.

I'm trying to renew my passport. The last time I had one was when I was 5 years old when my father applied for our green card. I am 30 now and lost my passport years ago. My question is would I have to apply for a "new" passport ( as stated on some of the websites I read) or am I "renewing" ( as stated on other websites) I've been calling my local Consulate in Dallas Tx but am not able to get through to anyone ! can someone know how this works ?
