I have trued to apply previously, however the woman at the service I went to did nothing with my paperwork, so it has since expired. May I have a new form and requirements? We are trying to sell our timeshare in Mexico and have been told we need to apply for Certificate of Naturalization and get a Taxpayer identification number for the sale to go through. Any information would be appreciated
