Felicitaciones

visa laws
e lived in Mexico fr 8 yrs. We came to Colorado Dec. of 2011. Our FM3 ran out. We were both ill and our return to Mexico was not possible. We have a house there that we must sell. We intend to go back to sell the house. Please tell us what kind of Visa do we need? How do we get it. What kind of Visa do we need to sell the house? Also what are the costs? Can we get the visas in Denver?

Help Please, I'm in need of information..
I'm wondering about a card or certificate, that I've heard called a "meticula?" I've been told that to obtain one you need proof of residence, I'm not sure what else. I'm not exactly sure what it does, but I very much need to find out. I think it is some kind of card that can help Hispanics stay in our country and have an identification in the United States, even if they are not legalized yet. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction?
My email is baybay8072@gmail.com. Thank you.

No Death Penalty in Mexico
Bruce Beresford Redmond an American, Ex Survivor Producer, who is sitting in a Mexican Prison for murdering his wife and then stuffing her body into a sewer in Cancun, was extradited from the US. A lot of Americans would want him to receive the death panalty, He will not receive the death penalty in Mexico. Why not return him to the US to stand trial so that he can receive the death penalty? I believe he could be tried in the US although he committed the crime in Mexico...am I correct?

Seeking information in regards to obtaing a death certificate.
My daughter died in Zacatecas on July 12, 2012 and she was buried there too. She was living with her husband who is a Mexican National, she herself an American citizen. I need to know how I can obtain a copy of her death certificate. Do I need to file this with the vital records here also?
