Dream Act
My client is registering for his GED at the local Community College. Once one passes the GED test, the college automatically admits them and as long as they can perform college level work, they are matriculated into the school as students. Does this qualify them to apply for the two year temporary status? Are mitigating circumstances considered on criminal offenses.

Visa for father
I need to know what I need to do to get visa for my 70 year old father who lives in Mexico to be able to come visit my brothers and sisters who live here in the states and are united sates citizens. I would also love for my father to be able to see his grandchildren for it is essential that we be able to spend some time together since he is now 70 years old and dealing with health issues

Vehicle permits
I applied for a vehicle permit to travel into Mexico but as it turns out I am not able to go and the permit last for only 4 months. I will not be able to go to Mexico until the end of April 2012 and the permit will be expired by then. Does anyone know if I can exchange or extend or get my money back and reapply at a later date. Please contact me via email...juanitamanzanares@comcast.net Thank you.
