Comments on this Consulate-General
No one ever answers the phone after selecting 0 for operator.
What hours do they work and what time should people call.
I have tried and tried to reach an operator and have never succeeded. This whole operation leave a very nasty impression of Mexico and its people.
How do I get information on moving to Mexico?
I want to tell everyone that we had a great experience at the Mexican consulate. We do not live in Denver so had to have all the information of the papers we needed before our drive over. We had to get this done in one day. Emailed the consulate got all the paper work we needed made an appointment and got our visa in a timely manner. The lady that helped us was very professional and extremely nice. I guess if you make an appointment and have all the correct paper work its no problem
The American people would appreciate it if the Mexican government would tighten there border and not allow there citizens to cross illegally into the U.S. If you would fix your country then your citizens would not want to leave..
Oh my god"

I've never heard of a consulate that does not take calls. It seems that a caller needs "inside" information about how to speak (live!) to someone in this office. It's worth noting that in the US we are spoiled; that is to say, we have high expectations about customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. Perhaps these things are low priorities for the Mexican Consulate-General. OR it could be that this agency doesn't care about how it is viewed here? Too bad because it is, theoretically, the "first face" one sees when trying to get information about visiting Mexico (providing to Mexico's tourism business). ¡Que horror!
Someone who called three days in a row, tried all the extensions given on the menu, and never got an answer!
How do i make an appointment to get my FM3.?
No one answers the phone.
