RESIDENT ALIEN CARD
i have a resident alien card that was issued back in the mid-late 80's and it doesn't have an expiration date on it(to the best of my knowledge)......back in 2008 i visited baja mexico and when i crossed back to the u.s the customs agent told me that my res. alien card was no longer good for the following reasons:
1-it was a bit damaged, the lamination had come a bit un-done on the corners
2-the picture on the card did NOT resemble me one bit(i was 13 at the time and i'm now 38...i've changed ALOT)
The customs agent also told me that he was going to make a note on my record that he had instructed me to renew my card and if i tried to cross again with the same old card i would be denied entry to the u.s!!!
~ARE THESE THINGS ACCURATE AND IF SO HOW DO I GET A NEW CARD?~
~~PLEASE HELP....DESPERATE~~ THANK YOU!!

Can I bring fruit trees o Mexico and baby chicks?
There was a great deal at Costco for fruit trees and citrus trees.however my friends and family said I can't cross them over. We just bought land in Ensenada el Valle de Guadalupe and I was hoping to plant them there for personal use. Are trees allowed to cross over, if so what kind and how many? My sons wants to take down to Mexico there baby chicks for Easter, can we cross them over like a small pet or is it considered live stock with special permits?
