Mexican Embassy
You are expecting the Mexican Consulate to act like Americans and they aren't. They are from a different country. If you want something from them, make the effort to go to their building and talk with them. Remember, they are not Americans, so don't expect them to act like Americans. Go there with tolerance and an open mind.

Permanent Resident Card
My fiance permanent resident card will expire in July 2012, where does he go to renew his card, and your phone system don't give me any info and when I wait to speak to someone I get hung up on.

Historical question on Mexico's signing in 1907
I am writing a novel that requires historical research. Specificaly, The U.S. AND Mexico declined to sign the Second Agreement of the Hague in 1907, which outlaws Privateering. The issue may be a salvation fromthe Drug cartels. I think I know why the U.S. didn't sign. I do not know why Mexico didn't. Can you provide any clues?

Patanes mal educados.

Citizenship
I am an American citizen, and my husbund is a Mexican citizen. How can I obtain a dual citizenship, and if this is possible what is the process and cost?
