Like some previous comments, your phone system is set to an endless loop of recordings. I speak very little spainish, and have tried many times to talk to a REAL person. If someone REALY cares, try having someone actually answer the phone!
PS: A novel idea --that might even help mexican/american relations!!!

My son has a felony on his record and is currently on probation. We're planning a family trip to Mexico in December. His probation officer said he could go, the courts said he could go but now the "law" say's he needs a letter of permission from the Mexican Consulate in order to go. The Mexican Consulate doesn't seem to care that he has a felony and welcome him. But we haven't been able to obtain a letter. Any ideas?
My man is going to be deported is there anyway to get him a visa, hes been deported once b4 but with the new law can he stay he has a son here now and has been here since he was a LIL boy
