Expired Mexican Passport
My mother can not locate her birth certificate from Mexico, she is out in Mexico at the present time but archives in Mexico or registration offices can not locate of find her name any place. My mother for certain got a pass port from your office several years ago. Does your office have any micro film, history archives that you may be able to reprint a copy of her birth certificate considering she provided all necessary documentations at the time of applying for her pass port. Please guide me. By the way she's a US citizen also and does have a current US Citizen passport. I Thank you in advance for your time and a reply. JR

Hope to here from you soon,

Concerned / prank call?
I received a call from Mexico claiming they were my relative and asking for my address, i gave it to them without confirming until late in the day I finally called my relative and they confirmed not calling. I am concerned now that my address is with someone unknown. I found out the phone number belongs to someone in Guadalajara. Who can I report this to? I'd like to protect my family.
