Travel to Canada with US permanent card
I am holding a Vietnamese passport with a US permanent residency card. Can I travel to Canada for 2 weeks without the visa? I completed the questionnaire on Canada government website and it states that I may not need a visa to travel to Canada. However, I have been asking other travel agencies selling tickets and they said I need a visa to travel. Could anyone help me please? I am so confused. Thank you so much.
