My mother was a Homesteader of Irish decent that helped settle Western Manitoba,Canada. I am most interested as a daughter of a Homesteader, to meet others like me, who were raised by the Homesteaders, so we can compare notes. Have you any suggestions of how I might get in touch with people like this. At the very least Canadians who live in metro Detroit and are interested in meeting other Canadian Americans. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely yours, Judith Hofweber
