A message in the interest of North Korea.
In 1972 I was selected as an exchange student to Switzerland and Envoy for Former President Richard Nixon. I am concerned about the current situation with North Korea and the test of long range rockets. I believe, as I was trained, that we should reach peace by solving difficult matters. My approach generally is to attempt to modify current circumstances in ways that reduce risk. My current plan consists of the following: One; North Korea should be allowed to use modern orbital launch methods of utilizing a large aircraft to launch an orbital project. This was done recently in the United States by a private company using a modifyed Lockheed L1011. It currently appears to me that North Korea could, for the most part, stay in compliance with International laws by utilizing its own design of this method. Two;The Northern Limit Line should only be allowed to contain North Korea military operations. Commercial shipping and fishing should be allowed to cross. It is my opinion that the UNC has limited authority over these International Waters. Three; The Nations are concerned about the proliferation of Uranium matters. The cause for the proliferation, generally, is the financial advantage. North Korea could, in the alternative, issue Industrial Element documents of disclosed Uranium holdings for use in a managed derivitives financial portfolio allowing the North to benefit from the use of Uranium without moving it, such as many do with stocks, bonds, and futures.
In summery, there is always an alternative when one tries to adjust International Issues. I would personally appreciate your suggestion and support of my commentaa
