Have been coming to the states for about 19 years now. Went to canada in 1999. I just got into an accident here I wont be able to fly back to haiti for about two month. So I want to go see my girlfriend in canada for a few weeks. Anyone knows how quickly I can make that happen?

Two years ago i send some money to Canadian Immiigration Assistance Service trying to get a visa for my nephew,after two years or maybe more they send me some forms now to be fill again but this time they are not asking for money. am I Eligible to apply for a Canadian visa from Miami FL?
I am from Pakistan, I am in USA Miami FL to visit my Mother,Sisters,Brothers and family members I am here till October Although I have a 5 Years visa. My relatives living in Canada are inviting me to visit Canada as well for holidays so that they can show me the Important tourist places in Canada.
