Visit Canada
My nephew was send to Texas to train some employee of The Nestle Waters from Nestle Philippines. I want to invite her to visit us in Toronto Canada.
Can she apply her visa from Texas. She is a resident of the Philippines.
And her tenure in Texas is till March if next year
Pls let me know so I could invite her with the needed papers

Can I apply for a visitor visa to Canada while I am on business trip in the US. I will enter into the US through Dallas, Texas by B1/B2 US visa. And how long will it take to get Canada Visitor Visa ? How much is the visa fee.

Transit visa
I have booked ticket from Dallas to Mumbai that goes through Toronto (3 hrs halt) and I'm on F1 visa with indian passport so do i need to get transit or visitor visa jst for staying in Canada for 3 hrs??
