Abby on Emergency staff duty was brilliant in speedily sorting out nightmare experience and enabling a very worried upset senior to get back to UK without the right papers, after a robbery. She was kind, quick and did her job well. Many thanks from her grateful relieved family
I am a British national living in France ( both parents born and lived in UK) My daughter is French as born in Paris and father French. She aquired British nationality through me ( she was born in 1980 and received Brit nationality in 1981) She now lives in the USA and her children are American. The family will soon be moving to the UK permanently and wéd like to know if my grandchildren i.e her children can claim British nationality. My daughter has never lived in the UK and her husband is not American but at EU citizen.
