How on earth do you apply for a passport
Nobody answers your phone and I do not have an email add this is not acceptable as I need to make an appointment for a visa
My granddaughter Terri Macintosh nees a holiday visa to visit her mother she is sixteen my daughter tell me she has contacted you her ref is GWF 03428516 and her password is daisy girl 1 I live in Robertson but Terri is in capetown with her uncle so can I make an appointment for her to visit you I will pay for the visa if you just tell me how thanks my phone no is 0718957122 she stays with me in Robertson she is just visiting capetown

I went onto visa4uk and made payment and have received documents and have completed them. But I can't seem to make an appointment at the consulate in cape town and nobody answers the phones. How can I make my appointment as I will be leaving shortly for my trip and urgently need to sort this issue out.

Twice I tried applying for a visa on this sight and twice I was scammed out of 100gbp by some outfit that will "help" with forms. On their sight. They know of it. Simply say hackers compromise their sight and I must suffer the loss. Tell everyone you know www.visa4uk is a "rip off". That is why nowhere on the internet can you find a telephone number or email address. As for ghe website operator vfs global, my sense is they in on the scam that is why they have no contact details.
We have the necessary forms but want to know how to send them off - please advise.

I have been trying to phone above consulate but was referred to vfs global. Their tel.no. does not allow you to speak to a consultant. the websites provided cannot assist me with my questions???
Can anybody PLEASE give me a contact tel.no. and physical address for the British Consulate in Cape town, as there tel.no. is not being answered, as mentioned before and their physical address changed as well.
This is extremely frustrating - PLEASE ASSSIT.
I would like to complete the application form EEA (VAF 5) online. How do I locate this form?
My elderly brother lives in Cape Town and is not computer literate. He needs an application form to renew his British passport and I cannot find the form on line in order to print it and send it to him to complete. Please advise where I may find same.
