I have not been able to be assisted. I filled in the form online to transfer my visa after the passport was stolen, but then the very last page is asking about BRP again and this was not the application form for BRP. Where is the assistance please in this matter.

My son is stuck in Jamaica and wants to come home to South Africa. He can fly to London then from there to Turkey, Nairobi and then Johannesburg.

In August 2017 my wife and I bought tickets to attend a Herbalife Nutrition workshop in Madrid, Spain. We applied and obtained visas from the Spanish Embassy. Since we had bought British Airways tickets for flights through London, we applied for Direct Airside visas. Our connecting flight was from the same platform with about 2 hours waiting. We had no intention of going into the UK other than the airport. We had no intention of going through immigration. Yo our surprise our applications were denied. We ended up buying alternative tickets through Emirates and we had a wonderful trip via Dubai. Up to now I do not understand the reason for the denied visa. The response said we applied for wrong visa but according to the website that was the correct visa.
