seeking for scholarship
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a graduate of the ICMPS liberia. Im a brilliant n fast leaner, I will like to ask the British Counsel to assist me with scholarship to foster my education at a higher institution aboard. I decided aboard because, education in my country at times terms to be a another long time investment that at times dont accomplished. Reason been that not all teachers attend classes n especially the minor courses are some time left out without a gps. I will be much greatful if this scholarship is given to me because I need to further my education but the finance is not there.
