i am battling to communicate with a 'human being' to find out how i renew my british passport - i am not computer literate and dont have a printer - i have tried phoning but no-one answers - or phone doesnt ring. i see you will not accept people coming to you without an appointment but as i am unable to speak to a human being who will tell me what i must do - i am at a complete loss
