ITAC Importation Authority
My vehicle was purchased in July 2018 after my Kia Picanto crashed whilst working snd living in Britain. Returning to Sourh Africa in December and my cargo landing in January, ITAC won't release my entire cargo, inclufing my vehicle because it was a few days short of 6 months in my ownership. They insist on ownership documents of the previous one that was scrapped owing to an accident wrtite-off. My cargo is continually amassing costs. I need diplomatic intervention

Denied Receipt of Own Imported Motor Vehicle
Hereby, I request your diplomatic intervention, submitting as ff.

I have dual citizenship, British ans South African, having worked and domiciled in Britain. Having retired from my nursimg work and returned to retire in Durban. I naturally had to ship my belongings including my vehicle, purchased in July 2018. I have a problem with ITAC, the customs authority, flouting a regulation, Act 71 of 2002 that my car had to be 6 months before importation. It was a few days short of the 6 months onths on the date of landing. Now they insist on ownership papers of a previous vehicle that was scrapped before this one before release of my entire cargo. Calls through to the insurer, AA and registration authority, DVLA are frustrating to get through from here. Running around in circles is frustrating and costs me dearly in storage and penalties. The 6 months lapsed in January already. My contact number is 0731763102, email murielmagadla@hotmail.com Mrs Ahmed's number is 012-394 1847. I shall also email the paper trail between us for your reference

REQUESTING SPONSORSHIP
ATTENTION: THE AMBASSADOR: UNITED KINGDOM
Dear Sir/ Madam

REQUESTING SPONSORSHIP FOR “DONATING 2000 PAIRS” CAMPAIGN
We are a non-profit national socio-educational Foundation helping to fund the education of needy children (including creches) and deserving students in the deep rural and urban areas of South Africa. We request 1000 new black pairs of schools for our “Donating 2000 Pairs” Campaign.
We have also set a target of collecting 2000 which are a second-hand for these children as they walk long distance to school barefoot. Their feet remain exposed to sharp objects whose deep cuts result in infections. This appalling state of helpless pupils challenges us to be pragmatic in creating a fertile educational environment that will produce a contingent of future leaders and responsible citizens. We appeal on our knees for your assistance and to form partnership with this Foundation. We will even appreciate an individual or company that could buy for us any number of pairs instead of giving us money. We also donate some shoes to school/s of your choice. We are all where we are because someone sacrificed for us in one way or the other.
Our genuine plea attempts opening widely the door of your heart and enable us to reach your deeper soul. Thank you in advance for being part of this project in whatever way.
Yours Faithfully
