What do I need to renew my Portuguese Passport?
unable to make any contact via phone. It keeps referring back to the same menu.

Hi I am hoping to get a Portuguese passport.
I told that I could get one if my parents were both born in Portugal I was born in Canada.
I have all of my Mom and Dad's information birth certificates, passports and ID cards.
How do I go about applying for a Portuguese passport or am I even able to get one?
