Marilia & I are from Goa. In 1969 we lived in Lisbon with our children. We were registered with the Registra Centrais in Lisboa.
We have copies of the Cedula Pessoal. After arriving in Canada, and getting Canadian Citizenship, we failed to renew, our Portugese Citizianship. Now we are both retired, and wish to return to Portugal. Please let us know how we can renew our passport after it lapsed for so long.
Sincerely,
Marilia & Raimundo Lourenco
