Personal Info
Just an observation but I don't think the consulate reads this message board to answer people's inquiries so it may be a bad idea to post personal requests and email addresses on here. Their email address is listed above - emailing them directly will likely result in a quicker response. I've emailed them before and got replies back pretty quickly. They are an extremely busy place so their response time in person, phone or email is reasonable in my opinion.

To obtain portuguese passport
My parents and grandparents were all born in Portugal and I am interested in obtaining a portuguese passport. Please e-mail me with all the information I need to have in order to do so.

Please note that I would still keep my Canadian citizenship.

I haven't been to the consulate, but trying to get on a useful website is frustrating and annoying. The websites are not friendly nor useful. Perhaps, if I was a Toronto local this would be a better experince. I finally got someone on the phone and was told that it was very busy there. Then was rudely asked, What I wanted. If this is any indication on how Iam to be treated in person-I might as well not make the 1.5h drive.
