I called you several times no answers! I send youemails no answers regarding portuguese nationality. I dont know what to do? I applied for portuguese nationality 2 years ago i just got te approval from registration office so i need some info how to get the passport! Please help

I would like to know the rules of sending a car to Portugal Duty and Taxfree as a Portuguese citizen ( If what i was told is true that we are allowed one every 5 years ? )

I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD ANY GOOD FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE WHOS EVER BEEN TO THIS OFFICE. PEOPLE JUST DONT WANT TO HELP,THEY ALL LOOK LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD WIN AN "OSCAR" FOR THAT!
CONSULATE SHOULD HIRE NON-PORTUGUESE WHO CAN SPEEK THE LANGUAGE. IM SURE THERE WILL BE AN AMAZING ENORMOUS CHANGE.I CANNOT BELIEVE THESE EMPLOYEES ARE PROUD OF THEIR JOB, AND PROBABLY ASHAMED WHEN THEY READ ALL THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. WAKE UP PEOPLE. YOU NEED TO IMPROOVE THIS SERVICE ASAP. JUST SAYIN.....WAS THERE LAST IN 08, AND 2017, AND STILL SAME ATTITUDE BY THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DESK. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. You have never answered the phone call. We are going in Portugal this summer and I invited my sister who lives in Russia to go with us. She can not get visa because of hotel booking. We booked the hotel using the "booking.com" web site and we have a booking confirmation number from hotel What kind of confirmation do you need. It is a very strange, it is already 2017 year, not 1960, everything is through internet.
I just want to say that I received very good service from David Manuel Pereira, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you David for your assistance today.
