Would like to apply for an extended visa
My husband and I are retired. We would like to apply for an extended visa to stay in Portugal beyond the 90 day deadline. How should we proceed?

Passport info
My wife and I are travelling to Portugal May 23 for six weeks. Leaving June 28. Her passport expires Sept 11 2017. Will she be ok to enter Portugal with a little less than four months on her passport vs. her entry date? Thanks for the info.

Interlangues, a private school that provides training in 72 different languages for Canadian diplomats who are going on international posts.

Interlangues is looking for a European Portuguese teacher the eligibility criteria is as follows:

·Native speaker of European Portuguese
·Post-secondary education from the country where the target language is spoken – needs to be in the resume
·Teaching adults experience – this is mandatory and needs to be prominently demonstrated in your resume
·Eligible to work in Canada
·Resides in Ottawa or Gatineau

What and where is this area? Must Canadians get a visa to visit Portugal for a few weeks holiday?
Is the Canadian car drivers licence all that is necessary to rent and drive a car in Portugal?\
