German Health Insurance
My wife is German and retired. She has continued to pay her German health insurance premiums. Where could I find a list of Drs. in the Portland/Seattle area that accept her German health insurance. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

dual-citizenship question
Greetings to all,

I am a 22 year old student living in America. My mother is from Germany and retains her citizenship still today, but she lives here in America. My father is an american and i was born here in America. Is there a chance that i could have dual-citizenship? I have checked the german/american embassy pages and have no been able to figure out where i fall in the rules. Any help?

Which visa? And where do I apply?
Hello, my name is Jami Stotts I'm 16 years old and live in Eugene. I finished high school early so I could move to Germany in July and stay there with friends for a year. I am having trouble getting any answers to my questions, everyone from San Fransico just sends me to a web page that has nothing to do with what I am wondering. So my question is, if I take "Intensive German" classes at GLS for 12 weeks, for 20 hours each week and then switch over to just taking two classes each week for the rest of my stay (because it would be very hard on my family and I financially to keep taking the 20/week classes) would that be enough classes for a year long study visa? Or would I need to apply for a different type of visa? Also, could my father, mother, the friend I would be staying with, and I come meet with you in Portland and could you help me with filling out the application? Thank you for taking the time to read this, please reply whenever you have time.

Best regards,
Jami-Mae Stotts

Dual Citizenship
I was born in Furth to a german mother and Americam father, which makes me a naturalized US citizen. I am a combat veteran collecting social security an VA benefits. Can I legally posses a German Passport as well as an American passport? I would like to visit countries such a Cuba.

us passport
Hello,
My German passport expired quite a while ago (I have dual citizenship German and American). Could I make appt to apply for new passport?

Also, I am not sure if my 21 year old son has dual citizenship. Mom (myself) is German, Dad is American and he lives in the US. Could he apply for a german passport? He never served in the military. If so, how does he have to proceed?

Thank you very much.

4 Month Visa
My wife and I are Portland residence and US citizens. We are planning to be in Germany for approximately 4 months starting September-December 2014. We are tourists and will stay in three or four German villages during this time. We will not work.

We are currently making accommodation arrangements and need to know if this is permissible. Do we need a Visa? If so, what is the application process, form and required documents? Is there a fee for this application? If so, what amount? By when must the application be made?

Please contact me at carlgoebel@centurylink.net
