Hi, My mother is a German citizen with a permanent US Alien card. Her passport expired many years ago. Can she go to your San Antonio location to renew and/or get a new German passport?

i would like to visited some family that are living in Germany. But the problem is that my nationality is Peru but im resident in the EEUU. what kind of document would i need to go vised germany?
