I support this matter as a useful method of peace.
You have made my heart very happy as I have read about your current Investment approach inquiries in North Korea. There are so many things that you can help with and this help will reduce the stress that the population is under caused by U.N. sanctions. May God Bless the people of Germany for your efforts on this fine Sunday, our Lords Day of Peace.
In 1972 I was an appointed exchange student to Switzerland and Envoy for Former President Richard Nixon. The North Korea matters that have emerged are something that I believe can be balanced in peaceful ways. This can be done, not with agreements or treaties, but instead with changes of circumstances. First, it appears to me that further North Korean orbital projects can be achieved with more compliance within International Laws by the use of a heavy aircraft to launch the orbital rocket, thus achieving less risk in the project. Second, Commercial sea operations should be allowed to cross the Northern Limit Line. The NLL can only contain disturbing military operations. The UNC, in my opinion, has only limited authority in regard to commercial shipping and fishing in International waters. Third, the problem of proliferation of uranium matters can be controlled quite a bit if Industrial Elements financial documents representing North Korean stored uranium holdings could be used between governments in a managed, controlled profit building derivitives portfolio. This could be devised to enable North Korea to continually profit from its uranium without moving it. In summery, concerns at the United Nations regarding current North Korea matters can be approached over time with peaceful resolution. Possibly you would consider suggesting the review of these matters at the United Nations.
