Can I apply for a Schengen Visa at an Honorary Consulate? The question seems to have been submitted once, but did not see a reply to that.

Thanks,
Yash

Regarding EU Passport Application
I have been trying to locate an Office who is handling the German Consulate Affairs with no success. Went to the S. Cherry location where I previously obtained an application form and found the Office closed with NO further information the phoe is also disconnected.
Anyone who knows anything about would be helpful, can't fly to Los Angeles and it would be helpful to have a local Honorary Council

closed office
The Denver German Consulate office closed a few months ago. I received information from the L.A. Consulate that they plan to re-open the Denver office around April-May, 2015, although NO office yet. E-ml'd L.A.(last week) and no answer yet.

I printed out a form/application and it shows the address of 425 S. Cherry. Perhaps they have moved. I also called the telephone number (303) 279-1551, and the recording at that number also says that 425 S. Cherry is the address.
