Yes staff at SA embassy may not be friendly but are professional. They advised me at the counter and I now have my visa. Thank you!
I learnt of the new regulations. I handed my documents in good time. They asked for additional information which I sent to their offices and I'm now at the airport happy with my visa but not paying the kshs 5850 for 4 day visit. Staff are not friendly but professional
I agree if you provide all information requested on their list of requirements respect the waiting period you will be happy tourists to SA and appreciate their services. (My two cents)
Was on lenana Rd offices for my visa. Was given the list of requirements. I provided all and waited as per the date given.now happy got my visa. Very professional counter staff.
I was there today and I must say both your SA staff (Indian lady at Reception) and the Kenyan staff in the visa section (Dark lady wearing specs)are the most rudest humans I've ever encountered. You'd think it was the gateway to Heaven.
services are pathetic, applied for visa three weeks in advance to my travellling date to johannesburg, on my D day, I still have no visa. I have a worthless ticket now, no longer going to SA,
they better know our soil muach better 4 the ouner to step on it...they can leave.
please treat us with respect
