Stamping of Passports at the Border
I am a learner at Ladybrand High School and I have a two year study permit. In the past Immigration officers would just scan our passports and let us through. But before the end of last year they started stamping our passports daily and this is continuing in 2013. Why is this the case or is it a way at indirectly telling hundreds of Lesotho commuting scholars that they are no longer welcome in RSA? Surely you can come to our rescue.
