suspicion of forgery of identity document by James Kabarebe
To all.

an investigation and warrant are required against Mr James Kabarebe in Rwanda,Kacyiru Magistrate Court.
He had been placed on the list of Rwandan refugees in Uganda(refugee camps) by fraud and this must end up now.
James Kabarebe(former General in the army in Rwanda) is a Burundian of origin and the Rwandan citizenship must be surrendered.
