Untrained Staff Kindly please train your staff on the Immigration Act as they are clueless on certain visa, like the 11(6) for instances, they have no clue what it is. Such an embarrassment. :(

Rude staff An existing student ,kenyan needs to renew her permit.she has all the documents except,she never new on returning she needs an SA police clearance!This rude lady being mentioned,I do not know her but I inquired,does not want o assist the student!And she even replies that she does not care whether she paid her fees or not?She is inhuman!She needs to be replaced.She can not talk to clients like that more so elderly clients.

Happy Happy with SA embassy. If you want to go there just obey their laws or go elsewhere. Many other destinations.

Good service I went to SA embassy and was referred to their offices in parkland. I obeyed their requirements. Paid the fee and got my visa as indicated on my slip.. can't complain

Too many changes Everything has changed with visa process including the forms please acquaint yourselves to avoid disappointment. We must embrace change rather than complain if we need their visas

urgent visas Maybe you should introduce a fee for urgent processing now that it's a no no no....
