I am a Russian citizen, currently permanently leaving in France (07) with my family, holding a carte de sejour. I have a question regarding visa to UK. Do I need to have a visa for a short tourist visit? If I apply using your website where I shall send/ go to submit my passport?

Me and my wife would like to visit UK in this April, but the problem is my wife have French Nationality and I am holding Indian Nationality but i have French Resident card for 10 years even though i should take UK visa to visit? please if any one knows the rules and regulation please contact me on this email vamshiyogi@yahoo.com
