my husband has completed his study from uk and also selected for british army in 2011. when he got his training letter he was in india. he applied 3 times for his visa but he got banned from applying UK visa from india in 2012. after that he had applied a visa for france. he got his visa. now he is working for french army(french foreign legion). he got his 5 year of contract. can he apply for British immigration from france. n start his job for british army. as their rules are very very strict he cant talk to his family and meet us for next 5 years. please help me out in this.
