Comments on this Consulate-General
I have called the SF embassy twice, submitted two online forms (now three), and written three e-mails (increasing the "to" list each time, hoping someone will reply), but have not received a reply to any of them. MY questions are very important to our family and very time-critical and I need someone to reply to me!
I see that this website isn't operated by the German Consulate and my questions might not be seen by staff --so why have it here? But please forward!
Thanks,
Carol Heumann Snider
I left 3 messages on seperate days, leaving detailed info for a callback.I never heard a word. It's very frustrating.

you are kind enough to leave your E-Mail only to find out you wont except it.It keeps coming back to me, Iam very disappointed to see a German Consult running that kind of Business.
Just to make an appointment ,calling 1-800 number you have to pay $2.48 per min.
I always thought that 1800 numbers are free, but in this case i was wrong.I only made my appointment and at the end it cost me over $12 all i can say to this is Wow!!!
I was trying to find out your service hours on-line, and not getting anywhere there, I tried to call your phone number, only to find out that you do not have any response as to an answering service. Very disappointing for a german, living in the states. My phone # 415 289-0772, and I appreciate a response from you.
Thank you
