Pension and dual Citizenship
1. My husband is German citizen. He is 71 years old and presently receiving pension and social security from Germany. I am US citizen. When my husband dies, will I receive his full 100% pension and social security from Germany. We are all living in CA.
2. My husband wants to apply for dual citizenship. Does he still need to take the citizenship exam? What are the benefits of being dual citizen?

3. Where do we start?

Disclaimer of German Inheritance
I and my family of 22 are American citizens and wish to disclaim a German Inheritance. Are there forms available for us to file correctly and is there a procedure that we must follow?

All good people rally at the German Consulate May 23 11:00 am
I call upon any person of good conscience to rally at the consulate at 960 Jackson St and demand the release from further extradition proceedings in Germany of Captain Paul Watson. international champion for all sea life and in particular, those species threatened with extinction as well as those species who are in fact sentient beings with families.

A puny little country is abusing the international warrant system and attempting to demand the extradition of Captain Watson. They are actually doing the bidding of the Japanese mafia who control the illegal shark fin trade. If you say " Never again" I suggest this is a "Never again" moment. See you there!

very bad treatment
Why does the consulate treat old Germans this way. They have no wheel chair ramp no handicap parking -they don't even talk in person. They never. Return a phone call ,very unfriendly...they never have time for questions..why are they here..
