How long is the current wait time to renew a passport ?
It's amazing how Trini dose copy-cat so well from d pants down to me ah go eat som food but wat abt sm courtesy
Since I cant get help from the consulate is there anyone out there who knows whether I can renew a passport that expired 5 years ago or do I have to apply for a new one.
Hi have been trying to get through with this Passport office for years now impossible it has been 3 yrs no passport I wish they would return my information so I can go to Trinidad myself and my payment as well .How long do u have to wait for a renewal I am so fed up of this office makes me sick .
They told me 8weeks tops to get back the passport and it's been two months and I went in since no one was picking up and of course I won't expect anyone to come out and tell me facts, that maybe there's a delay or whatever. As helpful as this one person was all they could say was every week is a new shipment but yet mines isn't here yet smh. And the more you complain here nothing gets done because it all falls on deaf ears. Writing here they can easily or could careless to read after all they already got paid and don't have to answer to anyone of us. It truly is disgusting how people are treated and I don't mean in person in person they're all nice but can't show some kind of care or consideration by just answer a phone and keeping people updated with the truth of what's going on.
Just like all the other frustrated people before I can not get anyone on the phones!!!! I hve been calling since last year December fir the status of my renewal si you know what I think that I will call one of the local news stations to get some answers!!!!
Nobody answers the phone for no questions, why we dont have a receptionist for just talking with the public people needs help and wants to know things before coming to the Embassy.
We deserved better service so the management staff is not doing a good job.
Improvements please we pay our money.
