kris is right you guys forget that you work for the citizen of trinidad and tobago you are a disgrace to you country and the people you are repesentating and as for the two guys you have at the desk they should be fired and your system should be a ticket system not the idiot who call name and do favour for who they like ,also when you give an appointement you ,should honor it not sit and wait for 5 to 6 hrs ,get with the american systen you guys stink
WHAT A DISGRACE, THESE PEOPLE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT, THEY THINK THE SKY WILL FALL IF THEY WERE TO SPEAK TO YOU WITH RESPECT. NEVER A AGAIN WILL EVER TO TRAVEL OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COUNTRY. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
