DisService
On related note...since the authority to influence and effect change rests with the office of the Consulate-General, what is the point of this forum when it clearly states "This web site is not operated by the Consulate-General and your comments and questions will not necessarily be seen by its staff."?

what a mess....omg...passport renewal
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. What a waste of time and money. After communicating through email about the procedure; I was told that I can apply by mail. I FedEx all the info required, only to receive a phone call a month later informing me that I needed to come in to the Consulate. Silly me, I went thinking that they already have all the info....NO.. in addition they needed ALL Original documents - birth paper, marriage license. ETC. T&T YOU'VE GOT TO DO BETTER

Embassy Service
Trinidad & Tobago Embassy Officials needs to check their employees and their working habits. It is frustrating that our people have to suffer here. It is just because we cannot reach our country that we need the embassy. Dr Harold H. Robertson do something please.

Does anyone EVER answer the phone
I have been trying for days to reach someone; anyone at the Consulate and to no avail. Does anyone even care or even look at these posts? Clearly not; as the complaints all read the same. Come on people we are deemed one of the most friendliest, most courteous and fun-loving people on this earth. Where is the courtesy on not answering a ringing phone? Where is the friendly nature or responding to a request? Are we really just loving all the fun of ignoring your own people.

Come on TnT let's do better.... PLEASE!!!!

very poor telephone service, no one ever answers your call or return your phone calls. It's unbelievable that for an International embassy they have this type of service for there citizens seeking information.
