I had misplace my birth certificate and I would like to apply for 1, how do I go about applying.
I have sent in my passport to be renewed but no longer reside in NY. How can I get my passport sent to me at my new state of residence?

The service here is worst than Trinidad. No one ever answers the phone....regardless of which option you pick. It's sad to know that something as simple as answering the phone they can't do but when time to fete they're the first ones at the party.....smh.

Do I really have to go New York for a passport since I have the old one. Ant help would be appreciated
I having a hard time no phones are picking up what is going on my son need his passport renewed, ifeel i am lost in the middle of the desert help please.
I mailed in my application on August 28th, 2017, for a renewal of my digital passport, and an envelope with a self addressed envelope for the old passport to be mailed back to me. I have called numerous times, at different times of the day. No response to any of the prompts on the phone. Don't know what is going on. Sent an e-mail to cgnyconsulateinfo@foreign gov.tt, which I got off the website, and it was returned 'undeliverable'. Disappointed and frustrated.
